I'm Erica Jacobs-Ware. I direct everything Girl Wonder makes.
Before film I spent 19 years in design, twelve of them at Amazon and PayPal. That job was mostly listening to people long enough to find out what they actually meant. I do the same thing now, just with a camera.
I shoot in Northern California. Small crews, usually three to five people, and I build the crew around the project. Most of the time we're working in whatever light is already there. Fewer people in the room and people stop holding it together for the camera.
