About Us

We document stories that matter.

What we keep learning

Across all our projects, we keep discovering the same pattern: Innovation often exists in communities before institutions recognize it. Our role isn't to create solutions. It's to document, witness, and amplify what's already working... what communities have already built to meet their own needs. Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is listen.

Like when we thought we were documenting excellent haircuts but discovered revolutionary mental health infrastructure. Or when we arrived to film veterinary techniques but witnessed innovation that honors how families actually experience care.

I'm a cultural impact storyteller who helps mission-driven brands break down barriers through authentic representation and strategic narrative development. For 17+ years, I've combined UX design expertise with documentary filmmaking to help founders translate innovation into stories that build genuine trust with the communities they serve. I believe technology should serve culture, not replace it—and that the stories we tell about innovation determine whether it empowers or exploits. Our work includes: - Conscious fashion brands fighting for representation - Community organizations healing trauma through arts - Creator platforms that genuinely serve artists - Technology founders who understand their cultural responsibility Our approach: We arrive as witnesses, not experts. Cultural research reveals what communities actually value, not what we assume they need. Community input shapes every narrative decision, ensuring authentic representation rather than extraction. How we work: I curate the best partners and collaborators for each project—from post-production specialists to cultural experts—ensuring every story receives the strategic and technical excellence it deserves. We work with builders who understand that real innovation empowers communities, removes barriers, and amplifies authentic voices. Based in Sacramento, CA. We travel globally for mission-aligned projects.
